Karimnagar City

Karimnagar, the administrative hub of the Karimnagar District, is strategically positioned 160 km northeast of Hyderabad in the state of Telangana. Named after Syed Karimuddin, the city boasts a rich historical legacy, formerly known as 'Sabbinadu.' Inscriptions from the Kakatiya kings Prola II and Prataparudra, discovered in Karimnagar and Srisailam, underscore its historical significance.

Ambedkar Stadium Developmental works: Total cost of the developmental works taken up in Ambedkar Stadium is around 5 Crores under Smart Cities Mission.

Underground Drainage

STP with UGD: 38 MLD capacity STP and 285 Km network area of UGD are developed by Public Health department with a total cost of Rs. 103.35 Crores. Under Smart city mission, Rs. 48.00 Crores is sanctioned for UGD work and it is in progress.

Swachh Vehicles

140 No. of Various types of vehicles are procured for an amount of Rs. 10.37 Crores under Pattana pragathi grants, MGF, 14th FC ADP, CMA grants, Smart city mission & Safai mitra suraksha challenge gift amount for sanitation maintenance & Harithaharam.

Smart Schools

Smart Schools IT Projects is per 53 Schools, cost - 10.61 crores. Schools social infra development is for 25 schools, cost 7 Crores

ICCC Command Center

A data cum control center established with live surveillance with feeds from CCTV cameras, and weather sensors from field locations.
